This was a challenging handle to make because I needed to cut the olivewood at an angle and have the surfaces be completely flush, glue some black G10 into it and make sure that the grain of the Olivewood was perfectly aligned still. ZDP 189 is an outstanding stainless steel known for some of the best edge retention possible. This knife is used by me on a regular basis but it is for sale as a used knife!
